Ice Elsewhere: The Arctic - Iceland
After photographing Antarctica, I was drawn to ice elsewhere on the planet. These photographs are from travels in Greenland, Iceland, and Spitzbergen (a protectorate of Norway). The study of land- and sea-based ice around the world not only provides a fascinating contrast with my native Louisiana wetlands, but also connects to my interest in climate change and rising sea levels.
